Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for the Communication Skills Masterclass will be considered under the following circumstances:
Cancellation by Participant:
If you wish to cancel your registration for the masterclass, you must notify us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date of the event to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be subject to a processing fee.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties or disruptions preventing you from accessing or participating in the masterclass, you may request a refund. Please provide details of the issue encountered for our review and consideration.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees for the Communication Skills Masterclass are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

Failure to attend the masterclass without prior notification.
Cancellation requests received after the specified deadline.
Disruption or cancellation of the masterclass due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or unforeseen events.
